Returns
Please contact The Air Factor to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will be issued for qualifying Returns or Exchanges.
What to Do If a Package Arrives Damaged?
Exchanges In Case Of Shipping Damage If an item comes damaged as a result of shipping, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please contact us within 4 business days of delivery to initiate a claim. shop.theairfactor@gmail.com
Please note: While we do not charge a restocking or return fee on our decals and coasters, our Aluminum and other Print products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, large orders over $1,000 are subject to a 40% restocking fee. No return will be accepted after 15 days from the date of shipment with the exception of Decals and Coasters. Return shipping charges must be prepaid. For international orders we do not refund the original shipping costs.
Exchange policy: Merchandise can be exchanged with something of equal or greater value. If it’s the former then the customer would need to pay for the difference. Please note it is the responsibility of the client to pay for return shipping cost.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:
· Damaged or modified parts, previously installed or altered.
· Custom and special orders
· Special priced or clearance items
· Used or discontinued parts or posters
The RMA number must be included with your return and marked clearly on the outside of the package to ensure your claim is properly reviewed and your account credited. This is all true only if the return meets the above mentioned criteria. Returned merchandise must be labeled with the part number in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition within 14 days from the date of shipment. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and Special Order items are not returnable.
